may i ask as a share holder of ortac what was your motive to issue 10.65 millions share to adviser when share price keep droping and people who has invest money in your compny are lossing out, insted of doing some work you taking advise and keep playin with public money, if you wanted to pay share as bonus i am asking you directly to director what work they have done to get bonus share , because share price been keep droping in last 4 years from 1.40p and i havebeen holding this share as investment . and you are giving my investment to adviser, do you have any answer for this????????
