director of ast , its time for you to wake up do you not care for your compny ast which run by share holder money, and to day somebody have sold just about 1.5 miilion share and share price drop 22%, ???? just come out from your office and pick up your spade, this share should be at 8pence , so please do something about it, it time to wake up for you only , not share holders like me and others share holders,

Any thoughts of 8p has long gone, with 20:1 CONsolidation ( Nov/Dec2015 DYOR ), you need ~£1.60 just to stand still.

Clearly we shareholders have been lied to over many years and this outfit is no better or worse than many - Those that are nimble and have no interest in a company can make money trading/shorting/etc. but fundamentals will "out" in the long term....it's just that the long-term for AST doesn't look like the vision which made us come on-board in the first place.

Currently the Consolidated price is about 0.3p -However the co. did raise about £700k which is a lot more than they had prior to the capital reorganisation. However from the side-lines it doesn't look good.
EDIT-(21June2016)- Seems we forgot the Loan-Note (2013- DYOR ) . . . now converted into Shares . . . big fall Today(13%) to ~0.78pence . . . . OOOoops!

SOME SWINGS today and the same yesterday with large volume, but the strong rise was the start of something positive. Looks like the slow move up is going to continue as the company waiting for permission as they have big plans for the production of gas from the Petišovci field. Enquest has a large stake.

And again yesterday reaching 1.875p after the news on Monday of RNS of Signing of Gas Sales & Purchase Agreement.

Had a large Fibonacci retracement of 61.8% @ 1.125p early this morning and now bouncing back.
