EMIS Group Plc is a healthcare information technology company. The company computerises the medical records of patients and allows primary, secondary and community healthcare practitioners to view and contribute to a patient's medical record.

Looks set to gain from a stable Conservative government in the coming years intent on cost cutting. The repeat nature of business looks reliable with EMIS also capitalises on the digitalisation of many government records, eg DVLC.

Been acquiring here of late over the last couple of months. I'd like to see it move to the main list though. With a market cap in excess of £650m, it might get more recognition. That said the areas that the company works in are all high growth divisions so it could be a good reliable growth story going forward.
