I new nothing about this one until I saw it covered in the IC this week and thought that it looked an interesting outfit in a sector that I have not traded in.



Residential landlord PSDL says that around 85% of it's portfolio is now in Berlin, having sold it's Nuremburg and Furth assets for £31 million, an 11% premium to the December 2016 book value.

Anyone here invested or traded in it?
