WHY do I have to Keep relogging in on this site? (ABC)

FTreader - 24 Nov 2003 15:57

Everytime I go from one page to another this stupid site logs me out. Stockwatch is particularly bad. Even when I am already logged in it asks me to log in again, and then takes me not to stockwatch but to the homepage. THIS IS INFURIATING!!! I will never pay for any service offered by this site until such glitches are sorted.

FTreader, more details please.
Have you always had this problem or has t only started recently?
Do you have any extra software installed (e.g. Norton Anti-Virus),
or any special network configuratio at your end (e.g. a firewall)
which could be causing this?

FTreader,
Do you know what day/date the problem started ?

ajren - 24 Nov 2003 18:40 - 4 of 5

Moneyam is the cause of the problem -- if other people are like you.Are they?

ajren,

MoneyAM is not the cause of the problem. If you are asked to log in on every page, that is a pointer to your web browser not accepting session cookies from MoneyAM.

FTreader,
Most often this is caused by programs such as Zone Alarm (firewall) or any other adblocking like software. If any of this software is in use, you will need to read the documentation for that software and adjust your settings.
