LONDON (AFX) - K3 Business Technology Group PLC said it sold its Enterprise
Systems division to Azur Group Ltd for 2.55 mln stg, generating a profit of 1.4
mln stg for the company.

The sale is part of K3''s strategy to concentrate on the development of a
portfolio of Microsoft-based supply chain management solutions and expand its
presence in the distribution and retail sectors.

The group said it will use the proceeds of the sale to make suitable
acquisitions in line with this strategy.
