Thoughts anyone? (AMS)

Pumacat - 26 Jun 2004 16:42

After reading the shares review of the shares my interets in this has oiques more than a little. After having done very well with medisys a couple of years ago fancy putting my toes into medicine again. Wondering if there are any healthcare professionals out there who use the products and what their thoughts are on them?

What would be cool would be some raw stats for re-infection straight from the horses mouth as it were!!

Disappointed no one else has noticed the shares really. At the moment they seem like a good price as the compnay has good selling agreements in place and is looking forward to break even and after that profitability. With prospects so good my own belief is that they will acheive and surpass their previous high simply because there is more opportunity for profit. Also a 25% increas in turnover amounting to in excess of 1 million is damned good for such a small company.

I am going to stivk my neck out and perhaps predict 13-15p within the next 6 months

The BNY Trust sale of a million shares obviously put a damper on things but if these tick up another quarter point, they'll be worth watching, I reckon.

(DYOR, etc.,)

I agree the sale was not good news but I am hoping that innthe near future we might see some director buys.

The advantage their stuff has is the fact that its just one stop - nhs donts have to have people coming back to get the stiches out. This may very well gain far greater importance in the future.

PS Thanks for posting greystone nice to have a bit of compnay on the board!

Curious one this a couple of big purchases in last week 2x 300,000 but then no price movement either up or down even when there is all selling! Very Odd

I thinkl there might be some good news on the horizon perhaps? Hope so - ikonow they are waiting for approval from the eu for a couple of things

Is anyone holding these? The sp has fallen off recently and there should be a good opportunity for buying at 9p or (hopefully not)at 8p.
This company has good growth prospects IMHO and deserves some interest.Maybe someone could paste up recent news etc.I don't know how to!
Is the low sp a reflection of the hostility towards the NHS that seems to pervade British society, these days?
Ams is specialising in hard to heal wounds and injuries.Just as interesting a play as MDW,in my eyes.
Hope someone comes on board.
Ethel.
