Im approx 75% now in cash having gone from around 30% cash 4 or 5 months back.
Its still rather difficult predicting the way forward for Smaller Caps, even though their peers seem to have done well.

None of the so called small cap experts in the city seem to agree which way the small caps are going, some say down some say up with a year end rally.

Whats your cash position and what direction do you think we are going in?.
