Record appoints Paul Sheriff as CFO, Mike Timmins to stay for short handover

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Record Plc. said it has appointed Paul Sheriff as chief financial officer effective Nov. 1, replacing Mike Timmins, who will retire.
Timmins will remain with the company for a short handover period, it said.
Sheriff is group finance director with Arbuthnot Banking Group Plc., a role he has held since October 2006.
