Arbuthnot Banking confirms finance director Paul Sheriff resigns

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Arbuthnot Banking Group Plc. confirmed finance director Paul Sheriff has resigned to become chief financial officer with Record Plc., a financial services company.
Arbuthnot said Sheriff will remain with the company until Oct. 31.
