LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Taylor Wimpey's inability to conclude a satisfactory equity transaction undermined sentiment in small-cap builders on Wednesday morning, with Oakdene Homes dropping 8 pence to 28-1/2 pence and Telford Homes 7-1/2 pence to 83 pence.
