Property investor Daejan Holdings said net rental income in both the UK and USA was in line with management expectations.
There were no significant sales of property in the first quarter, the group said in its IMS for the period to June 30.
A major project to refurbish and extend its Africa House property in London WC2 was expected to start on-site at the turn of the year with a construction programme of two years.
