Record appoints chief financial officer

Specialist currency manager Record has appointed Steve Cullen as chief financial officer.
His appointment is effective from 1 April and further to the management reorganisation announced by Record on 16 November.
Cullen joined Record in October 2003, and has served as its financial controller since then.
