Unite Group student accommodation fund values rise in March quarter

Student accommodation company Unite Group said the value of both of its key funds rose in the March quarter.
The property valuation of the Unite UK Student Accommodation Fund was independently valued on 31 March at £2.27bn, representing a like-for-like increase of 0.5% during the quarter.
The London Student Accommodation Joint Venture's investment portfolio was independently valued at £1.26bn, up 1.5% in the quarter on a like-for-like basis.
