NOTICE OF CHANGE TO DIRECTOR DETAILS

Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Giles Kerr, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed Chairman of PayPoint plc with effect from 20 May 2020.  Giles has been a Non-Executive Director of PayPoint plc since November 2015.  PayPoint plc is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

It is further noted that Giles is to retire from the Board of Adaptimmune Therapeutics plc as a Non-Executive Director on 29 May 2020.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
