Change of Auditor
DX, a leading provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, announces that following a competitive tender process, it has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") as its auditor with immediate effect. A resolution to confirm the appointment of Grant Thornton as auditor will be put to a vote of shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2020.
As required by section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, KPMG LLP ("KPMG"), previous auditor to DX, confirms that there are no matters in connection with this change that should be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors.
In order to separate external audit and tax advisory services, the Board is retaining KPMG as tax advisors. The Board also thanks KPMG for providing audit services to the Company over the past nine years.
