SimiGon Ltd (LSE: SIM), a global leader in providing simulation and training solutions, has been informed by Gal Erez on 13 October 2020 that he acquired 100,000 shares at a price of 0.065 pence per ordinary share of 0.01 ILS ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 12 October 2020. Mr. Erez now holds a total of 1,625,000 Ordinary Shares (3.2% of the issued share capital of the Company).
