CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP
G4S plc, the leading global security company announces the following changes to its committee membership with immediate effect:
- Michel van der Bel joins the CSR Committee
- Barbara Thoralfsson stands down from the Audit Committee.
