STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND
As announced on 29 July 2020, an interim dividend for 2020 of 14.4 US cents per ordinary share will be paid on 28 October 2020 to shareholders whose name appeared on the Register at the close of business on 2 October 2020. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 11.07 pence per share.
