WisdomTree Commodity Securities Meetings of Security Holders

The Issuer announces that, further to the announcement made by the Issuer on 29 September 2020, the meetings of the Security Holders of the following classes of Commodity Securities which were convened for 15 October 2020 have been adjourned due to lack of quorum.  Adjourned meetings of the Security Holders of these classes have been convened for the same times and place on 21 October 2020:

If holders of the Affected Securities of any class wish to listen to the proceedings of the relevant Meeting, arrangements will be made for them to listen virtually via such teleconference facility as shall be specified by or on behalf of the Issuer ahead of the Meeting. Holders of the Affected Securities who wish to listen to the Meeting in this way are directed to contact the Company's Registrar by email at #JERegistryRMs@computershare.co.je by no later than 6 p.m. on 19 October 2020 and will be required to provide proof of identity and holding. Holders of the Affected Securities who request that their votes are included by proxy will be unaffected and will not be requested to take any further action.
