S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Board of Directors by Resolution no. 41 from October 14, 2020 , approved the extension for a period of 120 days of Mr. Pena Daniel Corneliu 's mandate as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (by mandate) of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A., namely, until February 24, 2021.

We remind that by S .N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Board of Directors Resolution no. 32/2020 , Mr. Pena Daniel Corneliu was appointed as S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Deputy Chief Executive Officer for a two months mandate ( with temporary mandate).
