Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders on 9 October 2020 contained a drafting error in respect of Resolution 4.  As advised in the announcement of the annual financial results for the year ended 31 July 2020, the Company has announced a final dividend for the year of 17.0p subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 18 November 2020.

An updated Notice of Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and is available on the Company's website:   www.hendersoneurotrust.com .
