As announced on 12 October 2020, the Company's name was changed to Sumner Group Mining plc on 9 October 2020.
The Company has yet to receive the certificate of name change from the Jersey Financial Services Commission, which will enable the Company's name to change on the AQSE Growth Market.
The certificate is expected shortly and a further announcement will be made at that time.
