2020 Annual Accounts Timetable Update

Agriterra Limited, the AIM-quoted African agricultural company, advises that as a result of a recent motor accident which resulted in the tragic death of the head of Company's audit preparation team,  the Company now expects to report its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2020 in November 2020 rather than in October 2020 as previously advised.

As noted in the Company's announcement of 29 September 2020, finalisation of the audit process had already been delayed as a result of the impact of the Covid-19 lockdown in Mozambique on the ability of the Company's auditors to access all required information on a timely basis. Despite the continuing logistical challenges presented by Covid-19 and this recent loss of a much-valued member of the team, the Company confirms that the audit process is entering the final stages.
