SAPO plc (AQSE: SAPO) is pleased to announce that all the Resolutions were duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today.
Completion of the Acquisition of Secure Web Services Limited and the Admission of the Enlarged Share Capital to trading on the AQSE Growth Market will occur on 21st October, 2020. The change of name of the Company to Rural Broadband Solutions Plc will be completed prior to Admission.
