PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")
The Company announces that on 19 October 2020 Mrs Jean Hanratty (PCA to Mr David Hanratty, Global Head of Distribution of the Company and a PDMR) bought 60,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 155 pence each.
Following this purchase, Mrs Hanratty holds 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
