Fourth interim dividend

The directors of Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the "Company") have declared a fourth interim PID dividend of 0.99 pence (net) per share for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020, payable on 23 November 2020 to shareholders on the register on 30 October 2020.
