Rule 2.9 Announcement following change of company name
As announced earlier today, 19 October 2020, the name of the Company has changed from Pollen Street Secured Lending plc to Alternative Credit Investments plc ("ACI" or the "Company").
The change in Company name took effect earlier today on approval by the Board of Directors as permitted by the Company's Articles of Association.
The Company's shares will trade under the new name and a revised TIDM of ACI on the London Stock Exchange from 8:00 a.m. London Time on 20 October 2020.
In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 19 October 2020 it had 86,306,803 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company holds 12,790,992 ordinary shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,515,811. The International Securities Identification Number ('ISIN') for the Company's ordinary shares is GB00BLP57Y95.
