The Company's subsidiary, Foxconn (Far East) Limited, priced the corporate bond ("Bond") guaranteed by the Company in a total amount of USD1.4billion under the Medium-Term Note programme. The offering amount for tenor of 5 years with the fixed interest rate of 1.625% is USD800million; for tenor of 10 years with the fixed interest rate of 2.5% is USD600million.
