Further to the announcement on 16 October 2020, the certificate confirming the name change of the Company to Sumner Group Mining plc has now been issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
The change of name and change of ticker to "SUGM" will be reflected on the AQSE Growth Market with effect from 23 October 2020.
