Director / PDMR Shareholding

Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") has been informed that four separate discretionary trusts which are deemed 'persons closely associated' to Andrew Stone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation each sold:

10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1755.0993p per share on 19 October 2020, and

 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1750p per share on 22 October 2020.

Andrew Stone is a trustee of each of these trusts but not a beneficiary.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
