Origin Enterprises plc (the 'Company') wishes to confirm that the Company's 2020 Annual Report and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') were posted to shareholders on 22 October 2020 and are available to view on the Company's website -

. The Annual General Meeting will be held - under constrained circumstances due to COVID-19 Government restrictions - at 11.00 am on Wednesday 18 November 2020 at Origin Enterprises plc, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24.
The Company considers the well-being of shareholders, attendees and employees as a priority and will conduct the AGM in accordance with the Irish Government's COVID-19 related public health measures and public health advice. The latest measures announced by the Government under the 'Framework for Restrictive Measures' mean that it is no longer possible to hold the AGM as the Board had originally planned. As a result of these measures, including in particular the current restrictions in place in relation to public gatherings, the Board is advising that it will not be in a position to allow physical attendance for shareholders. It will be possible, however, for shareholders who register with the Company in advance to listen in to the proceedings of the meeting remotely by conference call facility.
