Board and Committee changes
Following receipt of regulatory approval, Clare Bousfield has been appointed as Chair of the Group Audit Committee with effect from 23 October 2020. Clare has been appointed as a member of the Board Risk and Nomination and Governance Committees, also with effect from 23 October 2020. Alastair Barbour will cease to be a member of the Group Audit, Board Risk, and Nomination and Governance Committees with effect from 23 October 2020 but remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Group Investment Committee.
