Director Increases Shareholding through Exercise of Options
Stock Spirits Group PLC announces that on 23 October 2020, Paul Bal, Chief Financial Officer, increased his shareholding in the Company by exercising vested options under a restricted stock unit deed of grant. Mr Bal exercised options over 40,184 shares and increased his total shareholding in the Company by 21,259 shares to a total holding of 41,259, the remaining shares having been sold to cover tax and NIC liabilities and commission charges associated with the options exercise.
