Transfer of Ordinary Shares to the Premium Listing Segment of the Official List

The Board of Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (ticker: HONY), is pleased to announce that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") for its entire issued share capital, being 39,449,919 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for its Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective, on or around, 8:00 am on 28 October 2020. The Directors believe that Admission will benefit Company as it will broaden the appeal of the Ordinary Shares to a wider range of shareholders.

Cenkos Securities plc is acting as sponsor for the Company in connection with the Premium Listing.
