Loan Facility Update
Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore Caribbean, Hispanic American and European natural resources company is pleased to announce that it has not drawn down the tranche 3 loan amount of £200,000 which, as announced on 6 August, was due to be drawn on the 4 October. Following the exercise of £50,000 of warrants on 23 October, the Lender has agreed with the Company that the the loan amount of £150,000 remains available for the Company to draw down at its discretion during any time up to the 30 November, subject to 5 business days prior draw down notice.
