The Board of Directors of United Oil & Gas Plc, the AIM traded oil and gas exploration, the growing oil and gas company with a portfolio of production, development and exploration assets , has awarded the following options (the "Share Options") to Non-Executive Director, Iman Hill:

The Share Options relate to a contractual award on commencement of employment and were granted on 29 September 2020; but the issuance has been delayed due to closed periods primarily relating to the financial results of the Company.
The Share Options are awarded with the following terms and conditions:
(a)
an exercise price of 2.7 pence;
(b)
a vesting period of three years from the date of grant;
(c)
an expiry date of 28 September 2030.
The total options in issue post the award of Share Options outlined above will be 46,767,691 or 7.48% of the issued share capital of 625,153,969 shares.
