Statement regarding share price movement
Remote Monitored Systems plc ("RMS" or the "Company") notes the recent rise in the Company's share price and confirms that it is not aware of any reason for the increase.
As previously announced, the Company's General Meeting will take place at
10:30 a.m. on 4 November 2020 at GyroMetric Systems Limited, Unit 23, The Heathcoat Building, Nottingham Science and Technology Park, University Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 2QJ.
The meeting will be a "closed meeting" with shareholders unable to attend due to the ongoing Coronavirus however results will be published via RNS as soon as practicable following the meeting.
