to inter-alia consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2020.
Further, to our earlier letter dated 28th September, 2020 with regard to closure of Trading Window, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited is closed from 1st October, 2020 till 12th November, 2020 for all 'Designated Persons' as per the Insider Trading code of the Company.
