Change of Name

BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that further to the change of articles approved by Shareholders at the EGM held today, 27 October 2020, the Group's name has been changed to BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. with immediate effect.

Dealings under the new name will commence at 7.00 am (GMT) on 28 October 2020. The TIDM (ticker symbol) of "BBGI" remains unchanged as do the ISIN and SEDOL in respect of ordinary shares.
