RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING - PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF THE INGENIE BUSINESS
Watchstone Group plc (LON:WTG) announces that
the resolution
to authorise the proposed disposal of the Ingenie Business (as defined in the Circular) was duly passed
at the General Meeting, held earlier today. The disposal remains conditional on, inter alia, the agreement by certain counterparties of the novation of contracts. The disposal is expected to complete on or around 31 October 2020 at which point the Company will make a further announcement.
