DECLARES FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2020
Henderson International Income Trust plc has today declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.50p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2020 payable on 30 November 2020 to shareholders registered on 6 November 2020. This dividend
is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.
The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 5 November 2020.
