Compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation

In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that it has, today, entered into a closed period, which will remain in place until the Company releases its half-yearly financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2020.

The Company is satisfied that any inside information which the Directors or the Company may have had during the period leading to the closed period has previously been notified to a Regulated Information Service. The Company is therefore not prohibited from repurchasing its own securities, or issuing new securities, during this closed period. If, during the closed period, the Company comes into possession of any inside information, this will be notified to a Regulated Information Service before any such transactions are undertaken.

The closed period commenced on 28 October 2020 and is expected to end with the publication of the half yearly financial results on 27 November 2020.
