Appointment of Joint Broker
Tremor International Ltd (AIM: TRMR), a global leader in video advertising technologies, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ('Stifel') as Joint Broker with immediate effect. Stifel will work alongside Tremor's current Nominated Adviser and Broker, finnCap Ltd.
Tremor has appointed Stifel to assist the Company in broadening its investor base across both Europe and North America, where initial outreach has been positively received. Stifel's activities will also complement the UK based efforts of the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, finnCap Ltd. by utilising this combined demand side institutional salesforce.
