DIRECTORATE CHANGE
On 24 June 2020, the Group announced plans to refresh the Board for the long term.
Tony Bramall, who has been a Non-Executive Director of Lookers since 2006, has indicated that he will now step down on 31 December 2020, the end of the current financial year, instead of at next year's AGM, as previously announced.
Phil White, Chairman, said:
"Tony is a legendary figure and a real character of the motor industry. He has also been a stalwart member of the Lookers Board for the past 14 years. I would like to thank him, both personally and on behalf of the Board, for the huge contribution he has made to the Group during his time with Lookers."
