Board Notification - External Directorship

The Company has been informed that, with effect from 1 November 2020, Jane Lodge, a Non-executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Glanbia plc, a company registered in Ireland and listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange.

This disclosure is made in compliance with Rule 9.6.14 of the UK Listing Rules.
