Hibernia REIT plc announces that Roisin Brennan, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Glanbia plc with effect from 1 January 2021.  Glanbia plc is registered in Ireland and listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 6.1.67 (2) of the Listing Rules of Euronext Dublin and paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
