InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it was notified today that, Mark Michael Ward, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 387,905 Ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 69.52 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Purchase, Mark Michael Ward now holds a total of 2,174,495 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
