In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, and as previously advised in the 2020 Annual Report and Financial Statements of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc, the Board announces the retirement of the Chairman, Michael Hughes, at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held today. John Evans has succeeded Michael as Chairman.
