The Company was notified on 28 October 2020 by Stonehage Fleming Investment Management Limited ("Stonehage Fleming") that on 21 July 2020 Stonehage Fleming had a notifiable interest in 1,938,284 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 11.57 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
This notification is an amendment by Stonehage Fleming of its disclosure to the Company on 4 August 2020, to remove voting rights representing 5.93 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company held by Stonehage Fleming in an Advisory account where it did not have discretion over the voting rights. The Company has not been informed of any notifiable interest within the balance of 992,500 shares held in an Advisory account.
